Real Estate Development Strategies in Russia and Abroad to Be Discussed at PROESTATE.Live
The International Real Estate Investment Forum PROESTATE.Live will take place on 10–13 September 2020 as an interactive virtual space with a 3D exhibition, a busy conferencing programme, and ample opportunities for networking. The Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation, the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, the training centre of the Academy of Real Estate (ARE), and IMMERGITY.

The business programme of the Investment Forum PROESTATE.Live will offer over 60 events. All sessions will be held online under six thematic tracks: STRATEGY, HIGH LEVEL BUSINESS, INVESTMENT, TECHNOLOGY, KNOWLEDGE, BUSINESS FOR PEOPLE. Each unit will enjoy its own separate virtual conference hall.
Speakers will include public officials, representatives of the business community, as well as experts in construction and related industries.

The list includes Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of the Italian Republic Giancarlo Cancelleri; Deputy Minister of Land Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Japan) for International Projects Dr. Ishihara Yasuhiro; Executive Director of Masdar City's Sustainable Real Estate Division and Abu Dhabi's flagship sustainable urban community Masdar City Yousef Ahmed Baselaib; Deputy Governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) Sultan Mofti.
Under the STRATEGY track, the participants will discuss further development of construction, housing and real estate development. The opening session of the track entitled 'Housing economy means quality of life economy' will have experts discuss the ever-growing impact of the housing markets on national economies and their intertwinement. They will also cover the investment potential of housing and urban development projects, as well as the connection among intelligent financing, government programmes to stimulate the market, the quality of life, and sustainable urban development. This event will be joined by Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin; Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of the Italian Republic Giancarlo Cancelleri; Deputy Director for External Communications of Mosinzhproekt JSC Alexei Rashodchikov; Commercial Director of #Suvarstroit LLC (a real estate development company) and CEO of Suvarnedvizhimost Elvira Galyautdinova.
The opening ceremony of the PROESTATE.Live and its plenary session 'Real Estate Development without Fear: What will Support the Market?' will take place on the first day of the Forum, 10 September. Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation will attend these events. Participants will discuss ways of efficient cooperation between government and business to ensure sustainable development and construction volumes. It becomes especially important under current conditions, when the industry has faced unexpected global challenges, which we have witnessed over the past several months. Experts will also address international experience of supporting the construction industry and review crisis relief measures, financing and international investment. At 16:00, the STRATEGY conference hall will host a press conference with the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Vladimir Yakushev.
On 10 September, the STRATEGY track will offer a keynote discussion 'Moscow: The New Reality'. On 11 September, the Forum will hold the meeting of the expert group on urban development, which will review the action plan of 'Transforming Business Environment'. The same day will offer the keynote session 'Providing Housing in Cities: Government and Municipal Vision'; the keynote discussion 'New Moscow – New Perspectives', and the Friends of Cities project.
On 12 September, the core of the expert group on 'Transforming Business Environment' will meet with the leadership of Russia's construction industry. The same day will offer the conference entitled 'Residents Participating in Commercial Use of Premises and Adjacent Territories', the session 'Real Estate Development Criteria: Developers VS. Buyers', and the discussion 'Urban Infrastructure Development and Its Impact on Construction Industry'
