"The 21st century ushered in the ever-changing digital technologies. They set new rules, create new formats and means of communication. Progress is imminent, it alters the reality around us, so this year we have moved the Forum online. Traditionally, the construction industry remains one of the basic pillars of the Russian economy that stimulates an entire array of supporting trades. Thus, industrial discussion platforms are of utmost importance. During PROESTATE.Live, the industry professionals had an opportunity to participate in a saturated business programme and attend the first interactive virtual real estate show, while staying in different parts of the world. The Forum presented a chance to talk over the most relevant industry issues and do it online, conveniently and interactively. The participants voiced a multitude of exciting ideas and heard plenty of useful tips to turn these ideas into tangible projects," said Vladimir Yakushev, Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.

PROESTATE.Live business programme included 40 events arranged along a few thematic tracks: STRATEGY, HIGH LEVEL BUSINESS, INVESTMENT, TECHNOLOGY, KNOWLEDGE, BUSINESS FOR PEOPLE.

"New technologies are a permanent fixture in all areas of both life and business. Subsequently, they play an important role in the development of the real estate industry. Holding PROESTATE.Live online is a perfect illustration of a contemporary approach to launching international-level discussion platform. This arrangement saves time for the participants, brings them closer together, yet remains efficient while providing a solution to the tasks and challenges of today. I am confident the event will carry on developing and will acts as a guiding light for both real estate industry gatherings, as well as other events," said Alexander Stuglev, CEO and Chairman of the Roscongress Foundation.

Online sessions, discussions, conferences and seminars welcomed the participants that talked about the issues of state support, development strategies, attracting investment, efficient usage of modern technologies for development projects, and others. During the educational webinars the participants shared their secrets with each other, as well as with the industry's target audience: customers buying real estate.

"PROESTATE.Live illustrated that online format is growing ever more popular. Even if it can not replace the traditional exhibition events entirely, it is capable of acting as an efficient extension thereof. The virtual real estate show provided the market players with a chance to show off their projects without having to leave the office. This contemporary approach could not be more appropriate give the current situation. We can look at international events from an entirely different angle and make expert discussions more accessible for the general public. Online attendance that grew significantly compared to previous years attests for it," said Director of the PROESTATE Forum Pavel Goncharov.
